Rebecca & James are passionate about making your stay at The Cordelia special.

A bit about the owners

Rebecca has hospitality in her blood as she grew up in a hotel in Edinburgh. She spent several years working in hotels in Europe before travelling the world with BA, as cabin crew. For the last decade or so, she’s lived in London, running amazing pubs and restaurants which is where she met James.

James grew up in the West Country and has worked in hospitality his whole life, a skilled barista and barman and keen cook, he graduated to running boutique hotels around the capital.

Rebecca’s family all live in the Scarborough area and it was a much loved destination for them both when they wanted to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. When life called for a change of pace running a boutique bed and breakfast by the sea was the perfect choice.
