1: Our STANDARD cancellation policy;
-Guests will be charged a deposit at the time of making a booking. This is 30% of the total booking cost.
-Guests can cancel without charge, 14 days or more, before the date of check-in. If cancelling within 14 days prior to the date of check-in, the deposit is non-refundable.
-Any remaining balance for the booking is payable upon check-in.
-Guests will be charged the full cost (100%) of their booking in the case of a 'no-show'.
2: Our NON-REFUNDABLE policy;
-Guests who have booked using a non-refundable rate will be charged the full cost (100%) of their booking at the time of making the booking.
-This is non-refundable.
3: Check-in time is 2pm-5pm.
It greatly helps us if we know what time you plan to arrive - please do let us know once you have confirmed your travel plans, thanks.
(If you plan to arrive outside of these times, it is essential that you contact us so that we can accommodate your arrival)
4: Check-out is at 10am.
If you wish to keep your room longer, please let us know - as we may be able to accommodate this for an additional charge.
We are happy to store bags for our guests and have a guest cloakroom available for use after check out.
5: We provide free permits for our guests for the duration of their booking. This is for car parking on our road. (We are also able to provide off-street parking for motorcycles - please enquire when booking.)
6: We are an adults-only Bed & Breakfast and are therefore unable to accommodate children under the age of 11.
7: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs or any other pets.
8: We are a non-smoking establishment.
9: Please note that we have no ground floor rooms so may be unsuitable for those with mobility difficulties.
10: We can cater for special dietary needs - please enquire when booking.
